phpstudy不能遠程連接數(shù)據(jù)庫問題

問題描述
你好，我發(fā)現(xiàn)phpstudy不能遠程連接數(shù)據(jù)庫了，我用navicate連接的時候報錯：1130：host ... is not allowed to connect to this mysql server，正常情況只用在命令行改一下權(quán)限就可以了，但是我cmd連接mysql同樣報這個錯誤，無法進行任何操作，該怎么解決？
